I'm Donna, and I've been passionately running Montessori schools for over 25 years. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive, learn, and grow at their own pace. We follow the Montessori philosophy, which encourages independence, creativity, and a love for learning through hands-on experiences.
With a dedicated team of qualified educators, we provide a rich learning experience that focuses on each child's individual needs, ensuring they feel supported and valued every step of the way. We pride ourselves on fostering a warm and welcoming community for both children and their families.

Children First
The safety and well-being of every child in our care is our top priority at Ashleaf Early Education. We maintain high standards of health and safety to ensure a secure and protected learning environment. Our experienced staff members are trained to uphold these standards, providing parents with peace of mind while their children are in our care.
Our Staff
Our highly qualified and experienced staff are passionate about working with young children. They regularly undertake training in areas such as First Aid Response (FAR), Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection, and Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion. Many are also participating in the Leadership for Inclusion (LINC) Programme, which supports children with additional needs.

All staff are Garda vetted, and are familiar with our policies. For children needing extra support, we participate in the AIM programme, providing one-to-one assistance.
